i don't like the feeling that anyone could reach me anywhere at anytime. needless to say i completely agreed with roger aylworth when he said this:
"i'm not at all sure i like the kind of instant communication that leaves us all at the end of an electronic leash. the idea that a cell phone in my pocket can ring while i'm in the restroom is just as unattractive as it sounds."
so i'm adding living sans cell phone to my list of things i want to do but probably won't.
read this then go write a love letter to someone.

I didn't have a cell in london. I am totally convinced that was a huge part of why I loved it so much.
I can't wait to write you letters in Washington DC!!!
